John is the managing partner and a co-founder of Guidance Wealth, LLC, Guidance Investment Advisors, LLC, and is a partner and co-founder of Guidance Tax & Accounting, LLC. He has worked in the financial services/risk management industry since 2001. John heads Guidance Wealth’s Qualified Plan Development, working both as an advisory representative and as a fiduciary consultant to ERISA plans. John has been the primary architect and developer of the Guidance Asset Allocation Model Service which offers participants an added level of assistance with selecting or designing an appropriate retirement plan portfolio. He holds the specific pension industry designations of QPFC (Qualified Plan Financial Consultant) through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary®) through fi360 and Center for Fiduciary Studies. John and his family are long-time residents of the Michiana area.
