The IT Sector Partnership is a non-profit, employer-driven partnership between the Tech Industry, Education Providers, Regional Chambers, EDCs, and Non-Profits that focuses on the workforce needs of the Information Technology Industry in the South Bend - Elkhart - Plymouth region. Our goal is to fulfill the need for tech talent in the region via building career pathways, providing technical skills training, recruiting tech talent, organizing coding events, and encouraging community engagement.
